Phase 1: DESIGN

3D design and drawing allows hulls optimization.

  • Design "piece parts" of the ship .
  • Establishing a nomenclature.
  • Virtual assembly of all plans in 3D, ensuring the proper assembly of all parts in virtual, validated prior to launch into production.

Phase 2: BUILDING KIT

  • Sheet metal laser cutting, for high accuracy with respect to plans launched.
  • Bending with CNC bending machine.

Phase 3: ASSEMBLY

  • Cutting and bending sheet, assembled on the level of marble.
  • Score of the bottom plates and structure.
  • Starting the welding work, MIG for large welds, for precision TIG welding.
  • Turning the hull for optimum achievement of watertight hull welds.
  • Watertight compartments tested and pressurized with application Gazobulle revealing any sealing problem.
  • Our audit also includes quality control records routinely performed by welders during all phases of construction and validation steps.

Fittings, engine, safety equipment, harbour and sea trials

Phase 4: FITTING, ENGINE, SAFETY EQUIPMENT, HARBOUR AND SEA TRIAL

  • Once the hull is realized, Etelium realizes the fitting of equipments : anchorage, mooring, navigation lights, electronics…. Etelium realizes then the mounting of your engine whether it is outboat or inboard. The sea trials are realized by our teams thanks to our direct access to the sea.
